A bit about
delivery
Once an order is placed, your earrings are carefully handmade and dispatched within 4 working days.
Delivery to UK is FREE for orders £35 and over. For orders under £35, UK delivery is £1.50. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class.
Please note this service aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. However in some cases and at busy times of the year, it might take a little longer.
Currently delivery outside of the UK is not possible. If you are an international customer, please get in touch at: hello@lluminear.com

returns
I am sure you will love your earrings but if for any reason you wish to return them, I can offer a full refund or credit note excluding any postage paid.
Due to the intimate nature of earrings, returns can only be accepted if they are unworn and in their original packaging.
Please email at: returns@lluminear.com with your order number and detail the earrings you would like to return and the reason for your return. Returns must be arranged and returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the earrings.
If your earrings are part of a set or an offer, then all items within the set/offer must be returned for a full refund. If you wish to keep part of the set/offer, you will be refunded the difference between the standard price of the single pair you keep and the offer price you paid.

We do not offer exchanges. If you want to change a pair of earrings, then you will need to go through the return process above and then purchase the new pair.
Faulty or Damaged Earrings
If your earrings are damaged in transit or are faulty when you receive them, then please get in touch to arrange your return and/or replacement as soon as possible by emailing: returns@lluminear.com
